2. Services
We provide automotive repair, maintenance, electrical, collision/body, and used vehicle sales services in Laurel, Maryland. All work is performed by qualified technicians using parts and methods we deem appropriate.
3. Estimates and Authorization
Written estimates are provided before work begins. Additional repairs discovered during service will be communicated for your authorization. Verbal authorizations may be documented and are binding.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Vehicles will not be released until full payment is received. Maryland mechanic's lien rights apply to unpaid invoices.
5. Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms (parts and labor) are stated on your invoice. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, neglect, or unauthorized modification.
6. Vehicle Storage
Vehicles left after service completion may incur daily storage fees. Vehicles abandoned per Maryland law may be subject to lien sale.
7. Used Vehicle Sales
Used vehicles are sold as described in the buyer's order and any applicable Buyers Guide. Maryland law disclosures apply at the time of sale.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Timothy Auto Repairs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service at issue.
9. Website Use
Content on this website is for informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without permission. Quoted prices on the website are estimates and are not binding offers.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Prince George's County, Maryland.
